It's a...

GIRL!!! Mike and I had our ultrasound today and thought we would share the news! We are so happy and excited for this new addition to our lives. I have been in a state of disbelief for some time now. We were so blessed with the arrival of Will. God is so good to us. We are twice blessed! The love I already have for this new little baby is overwhelming and wonderful. I can feel her moving around and can tell that she has a lot of spunk. Look out world!

Snow Days

As usual, it took me a little while to get these pictures up and posted on the blog, but here they are. Isn't Will cute all bundled up? We had fun playing in the snow.

Gratitude

Okay, so there are a million other things I should be doing than posting on this blog. I'll make it quick, but I just have to do this for myself right now. Here are some things I am grateful for at the moment...

1. The best group of mom friends a girl could EVER ask for. They are always there to listen and we take care of each other. I love my little mom community. Thank God for them!

2. My sweet hubby. He is so great and not bad to look at either (heh, heh). He has been getting up early in the morning to run so he can spend more time with Will and I in the evenings. What a guy!

3. I am grateful for where I live. It's a great place to raise a family. There are so many child oriented things to do.

4. Good books that I can escape into.

5. Of course, I am grateful for Will. He learned the word squeeze yesterday. I was giving him a big hug and he squeezed back and repeated the word. I love being his mom!

There's more I'm sure, but I really should get to work around here. I just had to remind myself of all of the positive things that surround me.

Sheryl Crow is Back...and Better Than Ever!!!

I went out and bought the new Sheryl Crow CD today and I have to say I am quite impressed. She is back to her old rocker self and I love it! Music and lyrics are fab and she has a lot to say. Check it out! Can't wait till she comes back into town to perform! The last time I saw her she stood up on a piano and wailed out a Led Zeppelin tune. Man, I love good music!
