Prenatal Yoga

So, I have started taking prenatal yoga classes to get myself ready for another birth and also just to have some time during the week to concentrate on myself and this new life inside of me. I have never done yoga before, but I love it. Each week I look forward to going to class. Afterwards I feel so renewed, and what mom doesn't need that? I haven't mastered all of the poses in the top picture yet, but I'm working on it!

More Will...

So, I've told this story to quite a few of you out there, but I thought I really should document it on the blog, since it is so sweet. The other day Will pulled one of Mike's running shoes out of the closet and brought it to me, saying, "daddy, daddy". I think he was missing him! I just thought it was cute that he connects dad with a running shoe--makes sense!

Other things to document...

Will's new thing is to take my hair and put it in his ear or under his chin. He just seems to love the feeling. Will usually does this when he's tired. He also has this care bear that was meant to go to goodwill. It used to be Mike's. Anyway, Will rescued it from the goodwill pile and sometimes takes the little tuft of hair on its head and puts it in his ear too. He also took it to storytime at the library today and was making it dance around to all of the songs. Will had a good time getting down with his bad self and his care bear!

We brush our teeth together before going to bed and Will tries to copy me by making a spitting sound into the sink. Maybe only a mother would think this is cute. I love that little boy!

Stephanie, Kara and I went to the park with the kids this Monday. It was a beautiful day. Thanks to Steph for sending me the pictures! I especially love the one of Will leaping out of my arms. He was on the go the entire time we were at the park!

These are pictures from our day at the beach last week. It was such a great time. Katie called us that morning because she heard it was going to be a beautiful day. How could I refuse? The weather was so perfect. We ate at our favorite place, The Chowder Bowl. Next stop was the beach. It was great to put our toes in the sand. Will had a blast. He ran like a crazy man with his arms up in the air, chasing the seagulls and saying bird and beach over and over again. He even said ocean. He is so full of joy and I love that I get to enjoy these simple moments with him every day. I am so grateful. I really appreciate being able to just take off on a moments notice to explore the world with Will and my friends.

Speaking of friends...I just have to say that I have the best ones in the whole wide world. Yep, that's right. I feel like they are really looking out for me and I feel surrounded by their kindness and caring. Thanks to all of you girlfriends for all that you do! I love you guys!
